How we get paid
You don't pay the Medicare Resource Center for our Medicare plan services.
When one of our licensed agents helps you enroll in certain Medicare plans, we may be compensated by the insurance company offering that plan. Medicare regulates agent and broker compensation. We believe you should understand how we're paid, what our role is, and when compensation may be involved.
Our compensation doesn't determine whether we think you should change your coverage. Sometimes we review someone's Medicare coverage and recommend a different option. Sometimes we look at everything and say, "You're already in the right place. Don't change a thing."
And sometimes we spend our time helping with something that doesn't result in an insurance enrollment at all - like helping someone navigate the process of applying for Medicare benefits through Social Security.
No mystery. No awkwardness. Just ask us.

Sometimes we review someone's Medicare coverage and discover that what they already have is still a good fit. So we tell them exactly that.

Not every conversation results in an enrollment. That's okay. Helping you figure out the right next step is part of what we do.
